This maven of all things baked started her career as chemical engineer developing fuel cell engines for alternative fuel vehicles before moving to a more delicate medium. Renown for heading up programs at Per Se, Bouchon Bakery, Roberta's and her own Sadelle's in SoHo, she's now making waves in Philly with her out-of-this-world kouign amann, pistachio cherry croissants, cinnamon rolls and, of course, pie!
