day!! 320lbs was a little too easy but it was 1am and ya girl was TIRED. My goal is to hit 400lbs by the end of next week 💪🏼💪🏼. I was by myself tonight, so not pictured are the tricep and chest exercises I did.
5 sets of 10 for each: •Skullcrushers •Close-grip bench press(be sure to keep those elbows IN)

Benching and working my chest will make it manly and make my boobs smaller. 🗣LIES!! And guess what: if you’re working your triceps, you’re using your chest, too. That’s why we pair them together in workouts. And you can’t get sexy triceps without keeping your chest in check. Breasts are fatty tissue, so the only way those are going to dwindle away is your diet:cardio ratio part of your workout. So a little bench never hurt anyone! (Unless you drop it, then that shit would probably hurt.) So always bench with a buddy! I mean we always go pee together, might as well pump this iron together too! 😂😂 💪🏼💪🏼
