Are you a breakfast eater or a breakfast abstainer?
Skipping breakfast affects your mood, *insert you’ll have a shorter fuse here* and you might experience brain fog.
My go to breakfast when it’s cold outside is steel cut oats (cooked with chopped apple and dried cranberries) plus for added fibre & omega-3 fatty acids I use ground flaxseed and a small handful of walnuts. It’s a win/win/win for fibre. I add some milk or soy beverage and Mama good for hours.
