B R E A K F A S T
So disoriented. Funny how lack of sleep will do that to you. Going to try and recover and just chill today and especially tomorrow. Looking back, it's no wonder. Wednesday onwards has just been hectic. Interviews and hospital appointments. Early mornings which I'm fine with as I'm an early bird. It's the late nights that have been getting to me. (I will gladly tuck myself into bed at 9pm, sometimes 7pm 💁🏾) Then stress and anxiety is getting to me and preventing me from sleeping properly. Instead it's been "let's prepare for this." Or "lets overanalyse anything and everything from the age you were able to talk. 🙄 The coming week is the only one that I'm free from hospitals and whatever else; so hopefully I'll be able to get back on track. @michaelamoore93
