Awesome vegan salad made just for me by the chef at work! Pumpkin, onions, capsicum and kale. I added my own flaxseed oil to it because of the omega 3 it contains. A lot of people have been saying that they started eating fish because they need the omega 3 but in can be found in many foods like soy, walnuts, canola oil, and chia, flax, and hemp seeds and their oils. No need to start eating meat when you can have the plant version, it also doesn't cost you an arm and a leg if you buy in bulk, it will last you so long.

I get a little stressed a lot. Traveling isn't as easy as pics make it seem. It's a never ending stream of decisions - where to next? how? why? is it worth it? why? My decisions give me sunsets on beautiful beaches, laughter with friends, new cultural experiences. It's worth it.
