Mind and body are definitely connected ♻️. I know that when I'm mentally feeling "off" my body lets me know through feeling unwell, run down and sluggish 🤒 . Comparatively, when I'm mentally feeling great, my body is energetic, responsive and just wanting to move, move, move 💃🏼. Similarly, when I'm unwell (body wise), I'm mentally off - feeling irritable, upset, emotional or just needing cuddles 🤷🏼♀️. But when I'm well rested, hydrated, fuelled, stress free and on top of life (gym/ work/ play) - my mind is skipping through a field of flowers 💃🏼🌸🌼. Be good to your WHOLE body - internally, externally - mind, spirit and shell 🐢 - and you'll only have yourself to thank for how great you feel.
