So with what now appears to be chronic gastritis my training and nutrition are totally up in the air at the moment due to me trying to work out what I can and can’t eat with my stomach condition!
What I am doing though is keeping me NEAT (non exercise activity thermogenesis) levels as high as they can be, consuming 1.5 g of protein per pound of my own body weight and ensuring when I feel well enough to actually train keeping my intensity high and rest times low.
This is enabling me to maintain this condition whilst only getting in 2 or 3 decent weight sessions in!
What I’m saying in when things don’t go to plan and life throws some shit at you dont just throw in the towel and give up, be patient, adapt and you can work around it! This is far from an ideal situation for me but I worked damn fucking hard for my physique so I sure as hell ain’t gonna Just let it slip away as my tummy’s falling to pieces hahah 😊💪
