"We were welcomed warmly by Natalie and fell right into the ambience of the retreat. The juices, broths and all of the detox support were amazing and made the weekend of fasting a lot easier than I expected.
I had a private retreat with 3 friends and stayed in a lovely spacious beach house in Tallow Beach - Byron Bay. Close enough for our colonics and sauna treatments whilst the massage, yoga and naturopathic consults were done in house. We had everything that we needed and felt well supported and guided through our journey. I feel lighter and clearer and hoping to continue my fast at home for another couple of days.
This has really opened me up to wanting to do another retreat with Nat and her team next year, perhaps Bali ?!!
Oh and I must mention Lisa was an absolute beautiful person to deal with through the whole booking process. Natalie I thank you for everything and I can wait to see what the future holds for my holistic health now.

Sitting here today assessing what needs to be done in the next week, panic starts to surge throughout my body as the realisation sets in - YIKES next weekend its Christmas Eve!!!! Without any Christmas preparation or shopping done, I feel a little overwhelmed and panicky. Given the whole of Australia 'shuts down' over Christmas and new year, as well as into January - so much needs to be done in the next week!

Ok, I am feeling a lot calmer - now..to write out a Christmas list and smash it out over the weekend (hopefully in one go) - with the assistance of Motivate of course! :)
