Доброе утро, друзья! Этот день для многих ознаменован началом Великого Поста🙆🏻 И именно сегодня я хочу поделиться своим опытом перехода на растительное питание☘️ . . Близкое окружение уже знает, что в моем рационе отсутствует мясо, молочная продукция и яйца) Начала я свой переход с лета 2017. Причина банальная - мой кишечник просто перестал все это усваивать, почки и печень уже мало помогали, и иммунитет снижался, пока я не почувствовала, что скоро он просто закончится. Так и было. Врачи просто не понимали почему. Назначали таблетки и мясо, а организм отторгал. Я прошла аюрведическую пульсовую диагностику и увидела, что показатель иммунитета был на отметке 0,3 (а максимум - это 2). То есть ещё чуть-чуть и запустились бы обратные процессы. Я начала постепенно исключать ненужные продукты. И вот уже 3 месяца я обхожусь без животной пищи, чему очень и очень рада☘️ Вначале было сложно, но больше от незнания и непонимания, как работает наш организм, плюс давление со стороны🤦🏽‍♀️ Одни пишут одно, другие противоположное. Голова расскалывалась от количества информации. И я начала изучать этот вопрос сама. Перечитала множество источников, поняла, что вся суть в очищении организма, но как это сделать правильно? Ответ, конечно же, нашёлся) главное, искренне захотеть) Я наткнулась на ютубе на интервью с Анной и Арой Аруш и поняла - это то, что нужно именно мне👏🏽 позже я совершенно случайно встречу человека, который не просто в этой теме, но и лично их знает и проходил это обучение и саму практику) в тот момент он очень помог мне, за что ему отдельное спасибо😇 . . Сейчас, пройдя теоретическое обучение в Школе исцеления Арушей и первую Практику @firststepdetox под чутким руководством наставников, я точно знаю как работает МОЙ организм, как устроено наше сознание и тд. И нет страха или сомнений, что это правильно❤️СПАСИБО @annaarush @araarush 🙏🏼 В общем, друзья) очищайте своё тело и ум(!) Вне зависимости от религии)) И делайте это ПРАВИЛЬНО) . The incident began in the morning of October 1, 1997, when Luke Woodham fatally stabbed and bludgeoned his mother, Mary Ann Woodham, as she prepared for a morning jog. At his trial, Woodham claimed that he could not remember killing his mother. Mary Ann Woodham died 20 minutes later from blood loss. Woodham then drove his mother's Toyota Tercel to Pearl High School. Wearing a trench coat to hide his rifle when he entered the school, Woodham fatally shot Lydia Kaye Dew and Christina Menefee, his former girlfriend, then went on to wound seven others. The school's assistant principal, Joel Myrick, retrieved a .45 caliber semi-automatic pistol from his truck and, spotting Woodham attempting to flee the parking lot after the shooting, shouted for him to stop. Realizing what Woodham was doing, another student used his own vehicle to block Woodham's path, at which point Woodham attempted to get around the obstruction by driving his mother's car onto a grass verge, only to end up getting stuck in the grass.
