Heute gab’s mal was anderes wie Brötchen. Einfach 5 EL Haferflocken, 1 EL Quinoa gepufft, 1 TL Kokosnussflocken, 1 TL Leinsamen, 200ml Sojamilch, Backkakao und Stevia nach Geschmack. I was forced to buy raspberries though - thanks to the strawberries all being taken away from Australian’s like kids. Whoever put needles in the strawberries obviously isn’t on FODMAPS 🍓//
