98% happy with this session. A rough week at work means I’ve slept badly and eaten worse (too low on carb), so I’ve no business feeling this good about training 😛. 1. Bench top single at 7 (135kg - smashed it)
2. Back-offs 3x5 -15%
3. Deadlift top single at 7 - well, warm-ups were 🚀, so I hit 247.5kg. Deffo sub 8 anyway. Lost a little tightness during the lift. My fault.
4. Back-offs 5x2 -15%. Yep, they happened.

Killed it in under an hour. Fasted workout today. Weights were slow, but didn't feel incredibly heavy. Always train under rough conditions. When the time comes to compete, proper meet day nutrition and rest between sets will make a huge difference.
