A late night workout is better than no work out! I was on the struggle bus big time, had zero motivation and felt every bit of crap from the drink and food over this bank holiday weekend! Very nearly talked myself out of it as im exhausted but im so glad i give myself a kick up the backside and got it in - absolutely LOVED the ladder circuits and supersets in C1 & 2! Measurements today at the gym. Apparently I've been catabolizing muscle instead of burning fat while I Cardio. Also juice (my second favorite thing to put in my body) is The Enemy. So.... I'm just gonna eat my turkey salad thing and pretend it's macaroni and cheese, yeah?.... I need a massage. 馃ぃ
