My expressions kill me LMAO!🤣🤣🤣😑 Any way a lot of people laugh about the fact that I still have some of my clothes and yes I keep some things and whenever I stumble across those pieces, I love to see where I was before and where I'm at now. Please know that my successes back in 2016 was definitely a game-changer. I was down to a solid 164 lb at that time. In 2018, my starting weight was 196 lb and I am currently 174 lb. I have completely change my eating habits and please know that I am not perfect but always remember it's Mind Over Matter. I am a work in progress and my goal is to become healthier each and every day. Sunday night Strength & Sculpt classes are so amazing! They’re usually the lightest in attendance, but that gives us the chance to really dig in and focus. There’s nothing like the high energy of a huge class, but there’s also nothing like the intimacy of a small one! There’s a camaraderie involved when we can all look around the room and see the hard work in each other’s faces! We took a little extra time at the end of class tonight to come down onto our mats and totally quiet of minds and bodies. It was so needed after a really hard week. I’m always so proud of you guys! Thank you for starting my week off in the right foot! Enjoy your day off tomorrow! 💪🏼🤩❤️
